SVHRBP Founder and Managing Partner, Steven Rowe, is a respected Silicon Valley HR professional with over 25 years experience in global human resources planning/management, business administration and employment law; with 20 years direct experience in technology start-ups and growth companies. Steve's expertise in coaching and "hands-on" involvement with start-ups is at the core of Silicon Valley HR Business Partners service offerings.
Steve has served as an executive level consultant and advisory board member to a number of Silicon Valley start-ups and has extensive M & A experience, IPO experience, fund raising and an excellent track record as an HR Executive in Silicon Valley.
Steve holds B.A., M.E.A. and JD degrees.
